Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll 2025: A Holiday Must Do!

The moment I stepped into Disney Springs this holiday season, it felt like someone turned the Christmas cheer up to full volume. Twinkling lights shimmered from every direction, peppermint scented air followed me like a festive sidekick, and the upbeat holiday music practically dared me not to dance! It was pure “holiday sparkle mode” from the very first step. And right in the center of all that fun is one of my absolute favorite traditions, the Christmas Tree Stroll, a festive joyful adventure I look forward to year after year.

Our stroll began in true Disney fashion: at Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company. I grabbed a cozy mocha latte, while my husband, Jason, indulged in a WDW resort roast and yes, this location offers alternative milk (they have oat and almond milk options, hooray)!  It felt like the perfect cozy warmth for the day’s festivities.

Because we visited on a busy Sunday, Disney Springs was buzzing with energy. We had hoped to swing by Gideon’s Bakehouse for the cookie of the month, but the line wrapped around the corner. The cast member told us it would be over an hour long wait, the longest we’ve ever seen! So, instead, we wandered over to Havaianas (yes, flip flops and Christmas) where we picked up our Christmas Tree Stroll map, complete with festive stickers. You can grab these maps at several locations throughout Disney Springs, including:

·        City Works Eatery & Pour House

·        Crystal Arts by Arribas Brothers

·        Havaianas

·        House of Blues

·        The LEGO Store

·        The Polite Pig

With our stickers in hand, we set off on our adventure, a nineteen tree treasure hunt winding through Disney Springs. Each tree was themed to a beloved Disney story, and this year, Disney didn’t just deliver… they outdid themselves. Every corner revealed another burst of magic!

I loved how every tree told its own little tale. No two were the same, and each felt like stepping into a different Disney moment. One minute, we were standing in front of a nostalgic Classic Mickey & Minnie tree; the next, we were wrapped in the glowing lanterns and floral flair of an Encanto inspired tree. The designs were so thoughtfully done, it was impossible not to feel like we’d wandered into our favorite Disney stories.

The best part? Using that stroll map as our guide. Peeling off each sticker and discovering each tree as we went. It felt like a treasure hunt filled with holiday cheer, and yes… the sweet little prize at the end still hit that kid at heart moment, even if you're “all grown up”.

This year’s stroll added sweet surprises I wasn’t expecting. Some trees included animated elements, more interactive displays, and richer details woven into their decorations. I noticed more photo-op spaces too, perfect for capturing a holiday memory (or that new holiday card moment)!

And throughout the walk, Disney Springs itself felt even more festive than usual. Snowflakes drifting down in Town Center while music softly plays, performers bringing bursts of live festive entertainment, and holiday treats popping up around nearly every corner.

As we continued our stroll, a few trees absolutely stole my heart, each packed with those imaginative, over the top details that Disney does so well.

One of the most striking was the Villains Tree. It had this moody, deliciously dramatic vibe, wrapped in deep purples, eerie greens, and bold splashes of red. Iconic touches from Disney’s most mischievous characters were tucked between the branches: Ursula’s long octopus legs weaving their way through the ornaments, subtle nods to Queen of Hearts black and red flair, and even sly nods to Jafar from the glint of his serpent staff to the mischievous silhouette of Iago perched among the branches. It felt like the tree might come alive and cackle at any moment, in the best possible way.

Then there was the Moana Tree, which radiated warm island energy from the moment it came into view. Soft aqua tones, glowing tropical flowers, seashell accents, and woven textures filled the branches with irresistible Polynesian charm. But the star of the show was the mini Moana voyager boat nestled proudly among the ornaments, as if it had sailed straight in from Motunui. Paired with heart-of-Te-Fiti greens and oceanic patterns, this tree felt like sunshine, sea breezes, and adventure all in one.

The Lion King Tree brought a grounded, regal beauty to the stroll. Adorned with carved wooden elements, earthy textures, and African inspired patterns, it radiated warmth and artistry. Every detail felt like a celebration of the savanna, sunlit, bold, and full of life. It was impossible not to think of Pride Rock as you admired it.

For fans of galaxies far, far away, the Star Wars Tree was a thrill. Illuminated with cool blues, starship silvers, and bold pops of red, this tree felt alive with the energy of the Force. Rebel insignias, Imperial symbols and lightsaber inspired ornaments made it a standout. It’s a perfect blend of adventure and nostalgia.

The Tiana Princess and the Frog Tree sparkled with elegance and New Orleans charm. Soft greens, shimmering golds, lily-pad details, and touches of bayou magic created a warm, musical vibe that felt true to Tiana’s world. It had the heart and spirit of Mardi Gras wrapped up in holiday shimmer.

I also absolutely loved the Annual Passholder Tree, bursting with cheerful AP pride. The cutest detail? A monorail weaving its way around the branches, paired with Mickey balloons and celebration pins tucked throughout. It felt like a special little “thank you” to all of us who can’t resist “just one more trip”.

And of course, the Frozen Tree shimmered like a winter dream. Delicate snowflakes, frosted branches, icy blue and crisp white accents, and touches of sparkling silver made it look straight out of Arendelle. Standing beside it felt like stepping into a gentle snow flurry without the chill.

All of the trees were showstoppers! Wildly creative, beautifully themed, and packed with enough magical touches to keep you lingering just a little too long. Every corner you turn during the Christmas Tree Stroll offers a new surprise, and that's truly the joy of experiencing Disney during the holidays.

And if you’re wearing a MagicBand+, get ready because this is where the stroll turns extra magical. Keep an eye out for the little MagicBand+ icons on select trees. When you’re close, your band will spring to life with twinkles, sparkles, and surprises. The Disney Cruise Line topiary shimmers with nautical cheer, while some of the fan favorite trees, the Annual Passholder Tree, the Haunted Mansion Tree, the Star Wars Tree, and the delightfully spooky Nightmare Before Christmas Tree light up with interactive moments that make even the grown-ups giggle. It’s such a fun, unexpected layer that turns the whole stroll into a game of “Ooh! Try this one next”!

Once you’ve admired all nineteen trees and filled in your map, the fun isn’t over just yet. Take your completed stroll card back to one of the designated pickup spots at Disney Springs, and that’s where the final sprinkle of pixie dust awaits. This year’s reward is an absolutely adorable ornament, the perfect little keepsake to remember your Christmas Tree Stroll adventure. It’s such a sweet way to end the journey, carrying a bit of Disney holiday magic home with you.

Once we finished the stroll and collected our adorable ornament, we wrapped up our festive day at Disney Springs by settling in near the stage beside the Coca-Cola building and the shimmering Sphere Tree. We relaxed and listened as talented singers filled the area with cheerful Christmas carols. It was the perfect, heartwarming way to end our stroll, a simple, joyful moment that tied the whole holiday experience together.
